No hose or spout attachment holding the shower head to the shower holder but after purchasing the missing head it was so easy and quick to install that I did it myself 3-5 minutes and it works fine as advertised but the water still looks clear and not colored but the rainbow colors are closer to the top of the shower head and don't reflect low enough to splash water that looked different colors , unless it's dark or you turn the lights off in the bathroom when showering then the colors are dark and quite faintly reflective so the water splashes coming out of the shower head look really cool but other colors don't when the bathroom light is on is on or when a lot of sunlight shines into your bathroom and makes it bright, then the water looks like normal small ares water out but it's a good product for the price
