Good afternoon. I decided to try knitting something new. I looked at a lot of photos of knitted handbags and backpacks and decided to try to knit something similar for myself. I bought knitted yarn Ball Yarn. It wasn't the best buy. Secondary yarn. I already understood this when the purchase was made and I have experience working with it. I bought yarn for a weight of 30 UAH (70 rubles) per 100 grams. on the Internet, it is sold in reels and the cost is more acceptable. I bought a 1kg bobbin. Bought to knit a backpack. Beautiful coral yarn. It's hard to call it yarn. It's just a knitted fabric. If you look closely, you can see small holes, like from a needle. This is the secondary. The fabric was used somewhere or was defective, cut into tape and sold. The problem is that the tape is not straight. There are wide pieces, and there are narrow ones, from this the canvas turns out to be thicker or thinner in places. As they say, the first pancake is lumpy. I would never buy this yarn again. It is more useful for knitting rugs, but for such purposes, you can cut unnecessary things into a ribbon and knit a rug, as my grandmother did. I started knitting the backpack. I used the thickest hook that I had 4.5 mm. Knitting was not easy, I rubbed my fingers. The canvas turned out to be very hard and rough, but it kept its shape well. The bottom and walls of the backpack are hard. There are almost no holes and I did not even bother to make a lining. The wall thickness is almost 1 cm. This is what my backpack looks like. It turned out quite heavy 850 grams weighs. But it looks very interesting and original. I know for sure that he has a single copy and there is no second one like it. Comfortable, roomy. I am satisfied with myself. The question remains how to wash it, but I have not thought about it yet. Knitted yarn Ball Yarn I did not like Bol Yarn, despite the fact that the backpack came out decent. I did not like it because it is very rough in work, the tape is not processed and of different widths, the product is rough. This yarn is only suitable for rugs or baskets. I will definitely not buy again, expensive and not practical. Because of the thickness, I had to suffer in order to attach a briefcase lock to a backpack. I had to borrow a vise, a hammer and pliers from my husband. I do not recommend yarn for bags, but it is suitable for rugs. 3 points from me and NO. Price per reel weighing 1 kg. Thank you for your attention. Glad to be helpful.
