After trying this product, I was highly disappointed .The backpack was badly designed and uncomfortable to wear. The shoulder straps dug into my skin, leaving marks and left my laptop unprotected due to the lack of padding. The only upside was that it was lightweight. However, the cons far outweighed this. This is not a reliable backpack for anyone who needs to carry a laptop as luggage..
