I bought 2 of these kits to use with tubeless gravel tire sets that I am building. While doing a dry run to check the fit of the tires on the rim and before removing the valve cores, I struggled to force air through the valves. When I tested a kit's valve stem straight out of the box and not yet installed on the rim, all I could get was a trickle of air through the valve stem. I pulled out the valve cores to look at the clog, everything moved fine but there was a slight deflection on the valve core seals. As a test, I replaced the valve cores with spare parts that I had on my shelf. This seemed to fix the problem as I was now able to force air through the valve stems. I'm not sure if it's due to the shape of the valve stem or the valve core, but the stock setting seems to have some tolerance issues. Another note: the top of the valve stem (to the core) has a very smooth finish. . This has caused me some issues with the pump, which relies on threads on the end of the stem to grip the pump nozzle.
