I am 38DD and bought XL. The fit is snug but not too tight. I bought it as a sports bra. He's pretty good at holding girls! As for the front zip bra design, I liked the bra and felt it best suited my needs. If I want to mark something in a bra I would recommend having a second hook behind the zipper, or maybe three in total; one at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom. Sometimes it can be difficult to close a bra without squeezing the pieces closer together. When looking for a sports bra I was looking for support and full coverage. It offers most of those things, but I'd like to see something that has the material on the armpits and on the back behind the armpits for more coverage. Other than those little things, I enjoyed this sports bra. It really suits me and I really like the material. It provides the support I need and I would buy it again.
