A valuable purchase, some advantages!
Ideal grill for roasting, smoking and slow cooking. Vegetables are much tastier than on the grill and juicier. I tried to smoke pork for 10 hours - I was able to do it using the "snake" method, coal would have been enough for another 4 hours for sure. In principle, you can not approach the grill all the time - it keeps the temperature perfectly by itself. I like everything so far.
- 1) Easy assembly 2) Reliability 3) Quality of execution of all materials 4) Complete set and availability of all possible accessories
- The cost of additional equipment and accessories. The grill works normally only on briquettes - it is sooo difficult to control the heat on a regular coal. But with native Weber briquettes, everything works fine.
