Threading Die for 1/2"-14 Carbon Steel NPT Hex Pipe Drill Bit America Customers of several competing 1/2" x 14 NPT pipe dies at Revain are complaining of the dies cracking under stress. I bought this based on a photo of a Drill America 1/2" x 14 cube - super strong - indestructible. Definitely won't break. Unfortunately the one I received is just another Chinese fake and nowhere near as strong as pictured .I have to be careful not to emphasize this.I still used it to clarify some issues due to project priority but if there had been an honest photo on the order page I wouldn't have bought this brand at all.
