I like that you can set up different types of rewards, such as gift cards or cash back from certain stores - all in one place! The customer service is also great- they are always willing/able answer any questions we have about how their program works (which isn't very often).

We've been able use this site since our first year when my husband was deployed overseas with military orders being placed through us at work before he left; now his customers know where things will be delivered once shipped out so there's no need anymore if someone wants something special ordered while away!!
