Well I'll be honest I really like the look of this bag, I like the color and I like the wings on it, I have to say I was a little intimidated by some of the Reviews on other bags but when this one arrived it had a bit of plastic on it and most of the metal wasn't scratched at all except for a small handle which doesn't really bother me but I can see why some people would be concerned about that . Some say it came dirty, with scratches, but mine wasn't. Another thing that was mentioned was that the wings on the sides of the bag give a bit, which doesn't bother me at all. I kind of like it, but I can understand that some people don't like it either. One last thing I just want to clarify is that this bag is a bit small/compact when it comes to how much stuff you put in it, but it is stated very clearly in the photos because it gives you the dimensions. Overall I really love this bag.
