These blocks are marked as 'soft' blocks but they are regular plastic blocks. I ordered these because our other plastic blocks have hard corners. As the child rolled over, it hit its head on the edge and cried. I thought they would give a little bit more but they don't. Even if you have OCD with things that go together, don't buy them. You can only stack them on the blocks according to their shape (one has a protruding star and the other has a star-shaped indentation and they stack). There is a set of shapes that are put together to form a set. They're not all looking in the same direction. So when you fold them, they don't fold evenly. It pisses me off to no end!
