It's incredibly easy to use and immediately understandable. It stays at a good height and you can rotate or tilt it ANY way. Ideal for Note9 and will also fit a larger phone if needed. Not big enough for a tablet, but that's understandable. The only downside is that it jumps a bit when you press the phone screen. This is my very first phone holder, maybe everyone has it, I don't know. He doesn't jump enough to bother me, but it's noticeable. I am still very happy with the product and will never look for another.
