Size down but love!
Definitely size down it fit my thighs and butt but it didn’t fit my waist and it was baggy in the crotch area. For reference my measurements are: waist: 33.5in thighs: 28in hips/butt: 45in bellybutton waist: 38in I gave them to my sister in law (she’s a size or two bigger than me) and they fit her almost perfectly a little tight in the waist for her but they werent baggy in the crotch for her at all
