Like. Overall Downy is a solid product that I have used for many years; my mom used this :) I like very dry climates so I thought I'd try it for sensitive skin and I noticed that my towels are softer and my clothes that I use fabric softener in are too. Just feel better. There is a light scent that is pleasant to the smell of clean clothes.
