TOO HIGH. You're paying for Snap technology that makes your work easier to crop. But without that tech, it's a $15 frame. The bezel/bezel itself is plastic and although well packaged, is scratched and worn. (Not to the debilitating degree - but picky consumers might not like it.) Also, the PVC sleeve allows for quick framing and easy hanging, but unlike glass, there's a distorted reflection - like a cheery home mirror. This does not affect the artwork but creates a visual distraction when light hits it. Given this effect and the wear and tear on the frame, I wouldn't hang it in a brightly lit area. Overall I'm happy with the frame as it made the creation process easier and much cheaper than a costume frame. (I bought a custom-sized frame, a size that's harder to find on Michael's shelves or in art stores.) But if you want a frame that's readily available and don't plan on altering the painting, I would opt for a cheaper one. Frame.
