This is a project I got for my husband and he thinks it's ready to go. The instruction manual is clearly written (this is a must). The controls are easy to use. The remote control is God sent as I have a projector mounted on the ceiling. It also didn't take long to turn the OSD (and display) upside down, which you'll need to do if it's mounted to the ceiling. After installing it, it's a dream to use. At first I thought the built-in speaker sounded a bit tinny and that separate speakers might need to be connected to reproduce the sound. But once I cranked up the volume (and sat almost directly under the projector), the sound was punchy and more than adequate for any movie. The multimedia function via the SD card slot is negative. I tried several .mp4 files and none of them played on this projector. I know exactly what format this projector supports and I didn't try again after connecting my Apple TV. Honestly, who will accept your invitation to come to your house and be forced to watch your holiday videos during this pandemic?
