Review on πŸ›‹οΈ Optimized Household Essentials 3-Door Bench by Brian Forbis

Quality issues but works for my space!

It was the size, color and style I was looking for to fit between the bookshelves in my hallway. I've seen it on other sites for close to $200 and after reading the reviews I knew it wasn't the highest quality, well made product. However, I took a chance and hoped it would be good enough and bought it as it was the lowest price I've seen and I'm glad I did. It arrived fully assembled and relatively light, but should be fine for casual use. I like that it has hidden storage. The doors hang almost flat and the magnets are pretty strong (actually, I'm a little worried the lightweight wood will splinter every time I open one, but so far so good!). Mine arrived with a few small cracks but I'm looking to buy an old farmhouse so everything will work. Also, the brown on the bench isn't a stain, it's paint. Again, this isn't a problem, but it's good to know. If you have realistic expectations, for around $100, if it fits your space and budget, and is designed for casual use, go for it. The price can be a little high for this quality, but given the complete assembly, wood, free shipping and convenient home delivery, it's not too bad. If you are looking for a durable item that can take a lot of wear and tear, this item may not be your best choice.
