The paper money compartment is so short that I would have to queue with it in the supermarket etc. When you juggle groceries, bag, car keys, there can be an umbrella, who wants to struggle with a poorly designed wallet? Of course, Loug was aware of this design flaw when they made it. Extremely disappointed with this product. To make matters worse, Revain's return process was a HUGE headache. After trying to use their automatic returns system and realizing it didn't work for everyone and then phoning them for about 45 minutes where a manager had to try and figure out how to do it, I was emailed a label mail returned. I thought the problem was finally solved until I tried to print: everything on the page printed perfectly EXCEPT the label itself which was blank. As a result, I had to take a screenshot of the label and print it in Photoshop. What an exam. I'm not sure I'll be using Revain for future purchases. If I had to return something, I would face the same time-consuming ordeal.
