I researched protein bars and tried both the expensive (FitCrunch for $2.75 each) and the inexpensive (Pure Protein for $1.12 each) and both taste great and seem like a large quantity to contain protein. FitCrunch bars are large and very satisfying, while Pure Protein bars are smaller. But for that money I choose Fit Crunch bars. They're great when you don't have time for breakfast or lunch, and make great and healthy snacks. I take it with me when I play golf to save energy and avoid club junk food. Highly recommended.
