A beautiful shade of blue.
I started a Christmas decorating project using locally made sequins which I believe were called 'Cobalt' in colour. When I needed more I couldn't find them and threw away the packaging. I ordered these named "Royal Blue" and they fit perfectly. So consider them navy somewhere between cobalt and royal blue (not navy blue).
