Value for a beginner

Please with this one for the price, for me the temp isn't very accurate (it's accurate enough) but I'm not sure what temp for the ceramic insert you put the tips in or the tips themselves. I'm very impressed with what was included (not that any of the accessories are of any particular quality) but it gives you the good part and pretty much what you need. I don't drink often, maybe once. annually/biennially, last time I haven't stored my stuff since I moved 2 years ago but this unit was way better than the one I bought at Walmart. Flux will cost you about $5. Irons typically cost between $12 and $18 (cheapest end). I really wasn't sure what to expect when the total cost of accessories was about 3/4 of what I paid for it overall. It's not premium, I don't know how long it will last, but I'm impressed with the overall cost and the fact that it's digital. I feel like I got more than my money's worth overall, but I don't think this iron is of the same quality as one could make in Japan/Germany, so 4/5 stars. I'm also not sure where to find replacement heads. , doesn't affect me personally but does affect someone who uses them frequently and if this persists for years it may mean that once the tips have been used up the device needs to be disposed of.
