-RltiO has been great for us as we have moved from an email marketing platform into CRM.-The ability it provides our sales team with leads so they can follow up via phone or chat when needed (as opposed not having any info)-the reporting system allows me see what's happening within my account/sales process which i need daily updates about-. We are using riltos service since 2016 but I don't think there was anything bad until now;-) Our main goal right know would be improving lead flow & quality before moving further down:-) The only thing sometimes could cause issues if you're new user like myself ;-( try out everything first then decide! It will save your time later.;). Lead management / Sales pipeline automation through its integration capabilities wirh third party applications such ZohoCRm,-Salesforce-, etc., allowing easy migration between platforms without losing historical records.-Easy accessoires setup.
