1. The RJ45/Ethernet port fails on average once a week. Only after reinstalling the drivers and restarting the computer will the port come to life and work. Other ports work fine.2. Regardless of the computer's room temperature/resource usage, the fan suddenly runs at full speed and shuts down. That's wrong. There is no special template for this. Note. I tried everything before calling support. And unfortunately the support ended yesterday and I tried to call the support today.
