Review on SYLVANIA Incandescent Appliance Contact Bayonet: Ideal Lighting Solution for Appliances by Jamie Lewis

I bought the bulb with the correct part number but I'm not sure if the bulb fits my socket snugly or my socket is worn out but couldn't get it to light without pushing in and holding. It seemed like the bulb contacts at the bottom should be a little bigger or higher or something. I ended up breaking it with my fingers trying to insert it into the socket and twisting it to keep it burning. Oh, and lots of blood. I gave up on that bulb and replaced the entire socket with a threaded bulb.
