Something with contact points that didn't quite line up with the socket contacts. The contacts on the light bulb were pulled out and did not fit into the cartridge.

Perfect for my light Singer sewing machine. I was a bit skeptical about getting it, not sure if it would fit, but it was exactly the same as the one I took off.

This lamp works great. Got it now and it's great. I usually buy lightbulbs at the local store (you know, HL store) but they always sell out. You know it's Covid time. Guess who never sells? revenge

I needed a bulb for a Viking sewing machine. Delivered quickly. Externally identical to the original, but a little longer. The glass did not come off the base. Good thing I was able to pull out the whole bulb. Anyway, I had to throw it away and spend $5.40.

I bought a bulb with the correct part number but I'm not sure if the bulb fits my socket correctly or if my socket is worn out but I couldn't get it to light, without pushing them in and holding them. It felt like the pins on the bottom should be a little bigger or taller or something. I ended up breaking it with my fingers trying to insert it into the socket and twisting it to keep it burning. Oh, and lots of blood. I gave up on that bulb and replaced the entire socket with a threaded bulb.
