The best part about this software is its ability to send out emails automatically when you need them without having someone in your office do it for every single event or visit! This also allows us as an organization with multiple locations (and people) all over our state/country have one central place where we can track everything from registration numbers up until after each service has been completed so there are no missed opportunities of any kind!! I wish they had more options like different colors instead just black but other than those two things i love how easy-to use their system was once set up correctly. We've used many programs before churchhelper which were great at first then became very outdated within 6 months because everyone wants something new constantly changing what works well doesn't work anymore etc.. So far nothing negative here only positive thing would be if their prices went down even by 1 dollar per month. !
