A bit long but not distracting and doesn’t get in the way at work, unless you’re a personal trainer or in construction I guess.Not too heavy, well constructed and should last a long time. Also a constant reminder for me to slow down, be mindful and count my breaths (by using the beads)Glad I bought it.
