The bar is very small and thin and I have serious doubts that it can handle 100 amps without overheating. If you want to use a small hobby project with low power consumption, e.g. E.g. powering multiple LED strips from a single power supply this would be acceptable but due to the small conductors and loose connections at the terminals and fuses I would hesitate to use this even at half the advertised rating.
