I bought it as a gift for a friend who has everything but surprisingly doesn't have a fridge for wine. I have one that I use but it doesn't work or look as good as this one. It doesn't need to be placed in the freezer to keep your wine chilled. We sat outside in the 80 degree heat and our white wine was still cooling with every glass we poured. It is durable and shiny, giving it an elegant look. Oh, and it fits in champagne bottles too! I buy one for myself and throw away the one that came with my electric wine bottle opener.
