<Update> Their tech support has been slow to respond, but after a few days they finally believed I had already concluded that the camera was out of order. They sent a replacement which worked straight away. This was great as it confirmed that I didn't skip a single step when attempting to set up the original. I also found that when reviewing the recorded footage of the original, the camera never started recording after the first power cycle. Proposing this failed before I even attempted to reset and fix the wifi issue. Time will tell how this replacement will perform. Hardware Cons The included mounting system is terrible. It appears to be designed to be adjusted and tightened without tools. Unfortunately, this design also prevents precise placement when tightening the mounting base as it rotates the center ball joint and interferes with your positioning.</update>I didn't like that it was web accessible. I couldn't find an option to turn it off like I do on other Reolink cameras I own. I made changes and lost access to the camera. I tried the factory reset method but the button does nothing. Now it just keeps restarting. Stuck in a loop.
