This is an internal coating, not an external one. very low quality for $54

A thin plastic bag. does not last a month in the sun. I've bought many. it's $54 for the inner lid. They say it's double lined for the street. I bought it a month ago and ripped after 2 weeks. I glued it until it wasn't sticky anymore. it is much higher than the price. I've tried all things. PEVA, PP
