Excellent Customer Service and Product Knowledge

I've been with Datis since they first launched in 2011. They have provided us excellent customer service through every step along our journey to becoming 100% paperless! The team is very knowledgeable about their product which makes it easy when we encounter issues or questions because if know that someone else has already had them resolved before hand. It's always good knowing you are working with professionals who truly care about your organization as well as providing great solutions to help get better results from each interaction/client relationship!! We love how quickly everything can be processed once an issue arises instead of waiting days (or weeks) until after hours just so something gets missed during processing time etc.. Also no longer having any manual processes required means less errors happening at times too - saves valuable staff training cost also!!!

  • Easy for clients, employees & vendors alike..all within one system..and all automated...great support resources available 24x7...easy implementation....fast turn arounds........good value................etc
