Received in the mail yesterday. Handling the discs, which had to be placed on the bottom of the cup to warm them up, was a bit difficult. I drank a cup of coffee that stayed hot. I tried again this morning with the same disc mug on the bottom and it won't keep it warm. I think it works ok as a charger.
