Looks the same as the original remote except for the VIZIO logo on the bottom of the remote.

I have a small child who is always playing with my remote control and we lost it for a while. I am ordering this remote as a replacement until we find the original remote. When the remote arrived it looked exactly like the original except for the VIZIO on the bottom of the remote. As mentioned earlier, no programming is required. Put in a new set of AAA batteries, point the remote control at your VIZIO TV and you're good to go. All shortcuts for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. work like the original remote. If you need a replacement or just need a different remote control, buy this remote control.
