Too many overflow bugs

It ALWAYS keeps running in E4 mode (overflow) and the only thing I found was tilting it sideways. Yes, pull this heavy, bulky box off my counter and knock it over, dumping all the trapped water. I've called customer service and emailed them, but tech support isn't responding. Despite all the hassle, it's not worth it and barely fits on my countertop, leaving 1/4 inch of room to the cabinets. Technology is not always the solution.
