Don't cut babies' nails... If you have a newborn/toddler/toddler/adult this thing is great. Works great and quiet. The best part is that it keeps my little one from gouging out her eyes and scratching her face with her nails. I use it on my nails and also on my 4 year old. Runs on batteries. It's easy to replace the file. I just wish there were more spare pads in the kit. I just want to note that the shape of the device should be some other shape that feels better in the hand.
