This is the best all in one tool I've seen for the gauge of wire it works with. For the smaller diameter, get the Lisle 68250. Get both to cover almost any cabling need. It's nice to be able to collect tools when traveling or at work. This eliminates the need for additional special crimping, cutting and stripping tools. They will do any job well, but not as well as specialty tools, so keep that in mind. For larger jobs use special tools, for smaller jobs it is better to have them on hand, they will save space and weight in your tool bag.
