My husband uses this product to clean mouthguard for snoring rx. It was very difficult to clean, accumulated dirt, bad breath etc. This product was a great idea and it works great! He puts all the guards in a cup with 1 pill and leaves them there for the whole day while he's at work. He then rinses it out at night, sometimes brushing the outside to get into nooks and crannies to clean it. So far this has worked very well. Sometimes he has to take the mouthguard completely apart to clean it and that affects the mouthguard a bit, but they only last a year or so anyway. In the end this product helped a lot to clean the case!
