A good bath is worth it Dr. T's Epsom Salts
I've been spending a lot of time in a deep bath with Dr T's this winter. Teal spent! It's amazing how effective Epsom salt can be, especially during the winter we've just had. Relieves tension when walking on snow and ice and also helps relieve tension. Salts have been shown to penetrate and relax your muscles. Sometimes I soaked 2 times a day when it was cold, bad weather.
