I had these shoes just over a month before they broke. The buckle broke when I was in the middle of a turn right where it connects to the belt. I wore them twice a week for a two hour dance class. Shoes should definitely last longer than a month - standard shoes should last a week after core training. The company offered to send me replacement buckles, but fitting the buckles without disassembling the boot is impossible as the buckle attaches to a loop sewn to the top heel. I don't have the equipment to disassemble and alter shoes so this was a very impractical decision. When I told them about it, they suggested I contact Revane directly. It broke less than two weeks after the acceptable return date, but since that time has passed Revain will not replace the product.
