A must-have item! Works great with my Israeli gas mask. Allows the use of conventional 3M bayonet filters, easily available in stores and at home. 3M multi-gas cartridges work just as well as most 40mm filters, 3M's filter selection has all your bases covered. Just run the P100 when you need to sandblast or perhaps spray weedkiller or paint, then add a multi-gas/steam cartridge 3M 60926. and cover all the bases. And the best part is that 3M filters are a lot cheaper than standard 40mm filters! The packaging was simple, not straightforward, but why should it be? You get two adapters if your mask uses dual filters and mine doesn't which makes buying 3M filters even better as they are sold in pairs so I get two filters instead of one 40mm filter. Works perfectly, the mask was able to seal and I sprayed 50 gallons of herbicide this weekend and never noticed an odor from the chemical. My only regret is that I didn't buy them sooner.
