If you have really small ears they can dangle, but I found they fit medium sized ears fairly well. and do not fall off when applying paints. One fell out when rinsing, but do you need ear plugs in that case when you still have to rinse out the remaining hair product? Common sense. I have a habit of rinsing them out and reusing them for myself to avoid wastage so these 100 packs are more than enough to last you a long time.
