This 'new' item was corroded, scratched at the base and rough on the underside. Dirty and scratched all over, and the inside smelled of rancid chemicals. The product looks like it has been worn for around 2-3 years. I can only assume someone got a new one then returned the old item to Revane and left with a new one? There's no way to know for sure. Revain needs to do better screening of returns for such issues. I immediately returned this item in the hope that no one else would have to deal with it.
