Not for people with dry skin. I first bought this when I lived in a colder climate and had very dry skin. After about 5-8 minutes my skin became very tight and dry. I would have to use another coat to be comfortable but there aren't many products for the price and this method just gets it done quicker. I RECOMMEND this for people with oily skin. This is a 100% mattifying lotion. Now I live in Florida and my face gets very oily. This product keeps oils at bay like a champ. However, I only use it when I'm outside. When I'm at home I can't use it alone because even with so much oil on my face, my face still feels tight and dry. The pump will work when the product is about half done. I'm on my 6th or 7th bottle and this has happened every time. I end up having to unscrew the cap and try to scoop something out every time I want to use it. Why do I keep buying it? Because I'm in love with fragrance. It's light and fresh and I just love it. And it keeps me from looking like an oil slick in this Florida heat.
