complete nonsense, fibers going in the wrong direction
I should have read the reviews before buying this item but trust the dishwasher brand. the fibers run at 90° to the groove of the record and therefore do not clean anything at all. Hoping it was a single manufacturing defect I returned it for another who had the same issue. I contacted the company and they acted like this was done on purpose and the dishwasher was working properly. I repeat, this washer will not clean the record groove because the fibers are oriented in the wrong direction. This is an obvious manufacturing defect. RCA should be ashamed.
