So I won a 2003 Silverado from iaai with only 140,000 miles that worked great for a month until one day it spattered me after I left a towed tire behind. After a long search (youtube) found that the problem was probably with the fuel pump. Using a grinder I cut out the entire bed and was able to pull out the old one and put in a new one. It was tedious and a little difficult to do in the 35 degree weather, but as soon as it was in a truck it started right up and worked well for two weeks. I really hope this lasts!
