Review on Enhance Your Mountain Biking Experience with Oury MTN Grip by Chris Lacasse

Reason for purchase: I recently bought a new mount and it came with a pair of standard upright handlebars. They were fine but I cut them off because they were too wide for road riding. I wanted a new pair of pens, and immediately a new one to wear: the classic Oury pens. Pros: These pens are by far the best for those on a budget who are also looking for affordability. They come in a variety of colors (I went with a light gray, thin but nice) and at around $13, they won't break the bank. The handles are well padded and very easy to grip. The grooves between the lugs make it easy to attach the grips to the handlebars to prevent them from coming loose (I do this on MX bikes too). Cons: They only fit 7/8" handlebars, and I'm serious about that. To mount them on a thicker stem you may need compressed air or some kind of lubricant. And as they say you risk with the handlebar grip open which ends up breaking when the bike falls off This happened to me the day after I put them on It's not the grip's fault but I want Oury's name in the Hold hands, no brand rip-off, that comes with respect.
