This product does not include a detector mount: the magnetic mount needs to be pried out of the suction cup. Installing the magnet is very difficult due to the two screws on the loose center pole - it took me 10 tries to get it right and not twist it. Also, any adjustments to the mirror will result in a crooked detector and vice versa - you cannot have a properly adjusted mirror and a properly adjusted detector at the same time. I tried it on another car, it doesn't stick to the mirror mount at all. The instructions were strictly followed. It could easily be made for a dollar. Don't waste your money - it was a total disappointment.
