It's a great way to engage in a thoughtful and meaningful conversation with your client's target audience. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. I would have to say that is one of the best platforms we've used to date. I am extremely pleased with how it has worked for our organization/company. I am unable to write a review because of the platform policies, but we're working towards making those changes. If you're looking to better understand your target audience, Pause For Thought is an excellent way to go. As an agency, we can create a more thoughtful brand for our clients. We work with various companies and would say this platform is better than others in this respect. I like that they are able to listen, adapt their strategies as needed & help us understand our audience needs so we can keep them happy! It's not always easy but it is worth every minute of work together with pause for thoughts team!! They have helped improve my knowledge in marketing field by listening well what customers want from me/us via surveys etc., helping develop campaigns which target right people at exactly same time (e-campaign).
