I started running during quarantine and quickly realized I needed a good pair of shoes. I have multiple sclerosis and mobility issues but am improving my endurance. I was hesitant to order shoes online but the reviews were good so I gave it a go. I'm glad I did. My husband says I walk straighter with these shoes. They are light which is a big plus for me because my left foot is my weak foot and in a heavier pair of shoes it can be difficult for me to get my foot off the ground completely and I often trip or fall. I usually wear between an 8 and 9 so I ordered an 8.5 as I felt a 9.5 would be too big. 8.5 fit well. They're a bit difficult to put on at first, but then it gets easier. They are very comfortable and didn't take me long to break them in. If in doubt, try them out.
