Review on 👗 Honeystore Women's Vintage Ballet Bubble Puffy Tutu Petticoat Skirt – Short Length by Josh Goldsmith

This is an amazing tutu. I bought this to use for a ghost costume - my almost 3 year old was so adorable! The waist was too big and I panicked a little when I saw it - I knew it was an adult size so thought I might have to pin it with a safety pin for it to be ok. But it had a drawstring and we used it and it worked great! (The drawstring is on the inside waist so you don't see it when you grow up, and that's important to you!) It reached to her ankles, which was perfect for her ghost costume. It was great quality - there was a lining PLUS another layer of white fabric on top, then tulle. It was cute, fluffy and adorable. You wouldn't have to wear anything underneath, but we're in Minnesota, so Halloween is cold here, and she wore black pants under her skirt. The bride on the bachelor party will definitely like it. It also came with a nice zipped plastic bag for storage. Appreciate it - we have puffy skirts everywhere from princess costumes to being able to tame one of them - it's awesome! :-) I turned it inside out so the lining could hold everything together as I folded it in four and put it in my bag.
